Required Vendor Parameters for All AES NYC Event Venues

AV / Lighting Rigging / Power Distribution:

Sound Investment is required for all AV, lighting, rigging and power distribution in event space.

Carpet / Drape:

All drape and carpet installed in event space is required through Drape Kings. Exceptions can include carpet already installed in pre-existing event materials.

Graphics / Printing:

All graphics & vinyl that are directly applied to AES NYC Event Venue surfaces (walls, floors, windows, elevators etc) must be supplied through Atlas Print Solutions. Exceptions can include: Signs that are pre-fabricated, event materials that are built with graphics installed and free-standing items.


All Wi-Fi, VOIP, and hard drops must be contracted through NV Events.


Any alcohol served at AES NYC Event Venues must be handled through selected caterer among our Required Catering Options. There is a house fee for sponsored alcohol.


GSS is our licensed security company that works with the city on all street permits associated with the venue.

Rental and Furniture Options:

Rentals and Furniture must come from Required Furniture and Rental Company Options.


All Food and Beverage is handled through Required Caterer Options.


Scenic Vendors are NOT required, but preferred, for installs at AES NYC Event Venues.

Client is responsible for contracting directly with each vendor.
Buy out fees will apply if Client uses a vendor that is not on our required lists.
